This is a hands-on technical role within a small, supportive IT team. You'll work alongside the Head of IT and another IT Engineer, providing IT support while getting exposure to endpoint management, security operations and automation. It's a great next step for someone early in their IT career who wants to build broad, modern skills - Microsoft 365, Intune, security tooling, AI, automation and scripting - with proper guidance and room to grow. This isn’t a run-of-the-mill service desk role, it’s a chance to develop technically in a small, fast-moving team where you'll see the impact of your work directly.

We’re looking for a Product Designer to support our product squads and help grow our design operations. You’ll be the only designer in the squads you support, taking prioritised requirements through divergent concepts, testing, iteration and convergence to something shipped and working in front of real finance teams - and you’ll stay with it through build. You’ll set the pace, make the calls, and bring engineering and product with you. You will be one of two designers at IMP, working directly with our Head of Product Design. That is a deliberately small function: high autonomy, a short line to every decision, and nothing between you and the work. You will not be managing anyone.

We are growing, and as we grow the period between a trust signing with us and their implementation starting has become both longer and more important. That window is where a customer's confidence in us is built, so we are investing in it deliberately rather than leaving it to look after itself. The Onboarding Success Manager owns the customer relationship across that period, from contract signature through to handover to the delivery team. You hold that relationship alongside Sales and Account Management, keeping every customer engaged, informed and moving so the enthusiasm they had when they signed is still there on the day their project starts. You know where each customer stands at any point, and you act early to keep them on track. You own the improvements that make each customer's experience better than the last, and you are measured against a clear set of KPIs, reported proactively to the Head of Implementations.
