As a Product Manager you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, especially engineering, to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products that meet our customers' needs.

We’re looking for an experienced UX Designer to join our team at IMP. UX Designers at IMP work in partnership with product delivery squads to deliver intuitive and research backed workflows to our users. The successful candidate will have a pragmatic approach to planning and design, and experience guiding data driven decision making.

As a Product Owner, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, especially development, to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products that meet our customers' needs. You will also be responsible for managing a team of testers.

IMP Software is seeking a Software Development Manager to guide roughly eight developers across multiple delivery squads. This is a management first role which is broadly hands off, but benefits from a robust technical background. The successful candidate will be a capable systems thinker with a proven record of guiding high performing teams, growing people, and delivering initiatives.

As a Lead Consultant in Implementations, you will be a crucial link between our software solutions and our customers, demonstrating confidence and proficiency in explaining and understanding the nuances of academy finances. Your role involves coordinating with clients, internal teams, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful integration of our software.

As a member of the ICFP team, you will be working with customers to migrate, standardise and cleanse the various curriculum planning information from each of the separate systems into IMP’s central planning tool, primarily using Excel for the data manipulation. The maturity of the organisation and quality of previous systems will depict how standardised the incoming information is. In many cases the schools have previously been run as individual organisations with no consideration for the other schools in the groups and will therefore likely have differing data sets. In addition to technical tasks, you will provide comprehensive support to customers throughout the process.
