This year, we brought the IMP community together at Kings Place in London for a brilliant day of practical workshops, customer stories, and hands-on product sessions at our annual in-person event, Customer Connect 2025.
It was our biggest user group event yet – a packed agenda, three rooms running in parallel, and plenty of opportunities to learn, connect, and share ideas. From what’s new in IMP, to what’s coming next, to practical tips on getting the most out of your investment, the day had something for everyone.
Whether you joined us for strategic insight, real-life stories from fellow trusts, or a deep dive into the tools you use every day, the format let you shape your own experience – fitting the sessions around your role, your trust, and where you are on your IMP journey.
And of course, there was time for a few drinks and lots of great conversation too – whether you were catching up with familiar faces or meeting new ones across the trust finance world.
