The timing and the size of the recent teacher pay award has shaken the MAT finance world, and MAT finance teams have their work cut out for them understanding the true cost and impact of the pay award on their budgets. We asked our resident MAT Product Specialist, Warren Porter, to tell us how we have helped our customers to quickly understand the effects.
