As part of a mini-series, we’ve published new research following a live panel discussion where we hosted nearly 100 CEOs, CFOs and Trustees to answer our burning questions about GAG pooling and budget centralisation.
The paper acts as a session summary that gives an outline of the benefits, barriers and varied operating models, but also includes responses to panel questions from over 50 MATs from CJK Associates’ Trust Research Group.
This summary report provides some overall commentary on the topics and looks at the proportion of MATs that are pooling reserves and/or GAG (GAG pooling), the model that they have adopted and the benefits they have achieved if they have started on this journey, or for those that haven’t, a look at the reasons behind their decision that Pooling is not right for their trust.
