Suppliers are only awarded a place on the framework after successfully completing the Everything ICT assessment. This evaluation includes cost effectiveness, innovation, customer service, and insurance cover. In addition, suppliers must prove compliance with all relevant legislations (including GDPR), as well as case studies and reference checks.
