The MAT finance sector is taking a collective breath after the BFR submission and the focus is shifting towards 22/23, the audit, and the summer job list. So, we wanted to take this opportunity to thank our amazing customers and recognise the efforts of our team by reflecting on the last 12 months.
It’s been a busy year for us at IMP Software. In the past 12 months, we’ve increased our NPS score to a staggering +76, released 76 new features and reports (weirdly!), doubled our customer numbers, and received nothing but 5-star Trustpilot reviews. These achievements are fantastic, and every single person in the team deserves a massive shout-out to recognise their relentless efforts to have made this happen.
Of course, none of this would have been possible without our amazing customers who have trusted us to improve their budgeting, forecasting and reporting, as well as continuing to spread the word about the impact that our work is having. So, a massive thank you to everyone who’s been part of this journey!
Whilst it’s great to look back, it’s even more exciting to look forward. And we can’t wait to share the exciting developments that we have planned for 2022/23.
